1.1 Navigating through the App

Once the application has been installed :
  • Open the app by clicking on the icon on your app tray.You will be greeted with the following screen.
  • The app opens by default in the TRACKS tab. In this tab, all audio files in Android compatible format are displayed by scanning both your internal and external storage.
  • There are a total of 6 tabs in Pi Music Player. TRACKS, PLAYLISTS, FOLDERS, ALBUMS, ARTISTS, GENRES. Each of these tabs segregates songs based on the tab category.
  • To navigate between tabs, just swipe left or right from the current tab to navigate to next or previous tab respectively. You can also click on the tab name to go to that tab.
  • Click on the drop down icon (Icon with the down facing arrow), the second icon from the top right, to get options to sort audio files based on categories such as Title, Album, Artist, Duration, Ascending/Descending.
  • Click on the search icon (magnifying glass icon) on the top right, to open a text box where you can manually search for a song from the available list of songs.
