In addition to the gloss backgrounds (available only for users who have purchased the combo/backgrounds pack) for the gloss theme, users can now set any image of their choice as the custom background for Pi Music Player. This feature is available only if the user has Gloss Theme as the app theme.
To set a custom image as the app background, select Themes from the Navigation Drawer and click on Choose Background for Gloss Theme.
In the Choose Background screen, click on Choose Picture at the bottom left of the screen. This will take you to your Default Gallery App or give you the option to select a Gallery app of your choice. Here, you can select your desired image and you will be displayed with a preview of what the image will look like on the app. You can also use the crop tool to select a portion of an image.
If your desired image is of a light shade and makes it hard for you to read the text, you can use the Alpha and Blur sliders to change the darkness and blur effects on the image.
Apply the image by clicking on the check button on the top right.
