This Infotype is used to change the Accrual of the Absences by Time evaluation on a particular day. The infotype information entered is taken into consideration when you run the Time Evaluation next time.
There are three options in order to Change the Accrual Entitlement.
Increase Generated Entitlement.
This option is to increase the Generated Entitlement of the Absence on a particular day with a constant value.
Reduce Generated Entitlement.
This option is to reduce the Generated Entitlement of the Absence on a particular day with a constant value.
Replace Generated Entitlement.
This option is to replace the Generated Entitlement of the Absence on a particular day with a constant value.
There are three options in order to Transfer Accrual Entitlement
- Do not Change Transfer Time. – With this option the Quota Corrections are not transferred until the time which normally Time Evaluation transfers the data to IT2006.
- Transfer Collected Entitlement Immediately (X).- With this option the Quota Correction along with already existing entitlement in IT2006 are available in IT2006 after when you run the next Time Evaluation for this employee.
- Only Transfer Quota Correction Immediately (Y). – With this option the Quota Correction are available in IT2006 after when you run the next Time Evaluation for this employee.
