An Infotype that tracks the type, reason, and ongoing status or disciplinary level of the grievance.

Use

This Infotype meets employment laws to determine if a follow-up action, such as warning or termination, is required.

This Infotype has three subtypes: Grievance, Discipline and Harassment.

Grievance data

This section contains administrative information about the grievance, such as grievance number and the date the employee filed the grievance. The entries in the Reasons field change according to the subtype you choose.

This section also captures whether or not the grievance is based on official company policy as well as whether or not the grievance requires arbitration.

Status

This section contains information about the status of the grievance. Note that the Stage and Result fields, when combined, identify where the complaint is currently or where in the grievance process the complaint was dismissed or resolved.

Estimated costs

In this field, you enter an estimate of the cost associated with this complaint.
