An infotype that stores all the necessary information about an employee’s expatriate or relocation assignment.
This infotype allows you to store the following data:
External Enterprise Structure
In the Personnel Area and Personnel Subarea fields, you can identify which company/department the employee has been sent to or come from.
With the Work Contract field, you can further differentiate employees by work contract type. This field is used for statistical reporting.
In the Organization Unit External field, you can enter the name of the specific working unit in the receiving company, such as a department or project in free text.
Similarly, in the External Position field, you can maintain the employee’s specific position in free text. For example, an employee works as the development manager for a particular development or project.
External Administrator
In the following fields, you can maintain the data regarding the employee’s administrators in the foreign company:
- Administrator Group
- Personnel Administrator
- Time Administrator
- Payroll Administrator
