The approved UAV used for Club Operations calculate the low battery warnings. At each warning, it is important to know what will happen. Operators should not rely on estimated flight time remaining slider on their controller as this is an approximation.

First Low Battery Warning
The first battery warning will occur at 30%. The UAV will not initiate any failsafe at this point.

Second Low Battery Warning
This will occur at approximately 20% battery. The UAV will initiate an automatic RTH. Care must be taken if this occurs to ensure the UAV has sufficient battery to RTH. If not, an emergency action may be required.

Third Low Battery Warning
The third warning occurs when the battery reaches 10%. The UAV will initiate an immediate attempt to land, whether the UAV is over land or water. At this point it may be too late to save the UAV.
