7.1.5. LDAP / AD Integration Properties – Computer Attributes tab

These options can be used to import different attributes associated with a Computer when importing from LDAP.

(NOTE: These options are typically only required for the Centralized Printer & Driver Management functionality).

• Computer Name Attribute – LDAP attribute under which the value to use as the Computer name is to be found.

• Operating System Attribute – LDAP attribute under which the value to use as the computer’s Operating System is to be found.

• DNS Attribute – LDAP attribute under which the value to use as the DNS name of the computer is to be found.

• Location Attribute – LDAP attribute under which the value to use as the Location of the computer is to be found.
