If you have not already done so, Konica Minolta bizhubs need to be set up in the PriApps Application Server as Managed Devices in the same way as any other type of printer. The settings specific to Konica Minolta bizhubs are as follows.
Under the Authentication tab of the printer’s entry, the Printer Software Platform should be set to bEST.
Most of the other fields can be left to default, as they are not used by Konica Minolta bizhubs. The exception is Login Type, which is used to determine the login screen which will be displayed on the bizhub.
Under the Advanced tab it is necessary to enter the dimensions of the Konica Minolta bizhub display. Display Width should be set to 800 and Display Height to 460
In Settings menu option, under the Advanced tab, the Intermediate Web Server field should be set to the server which is running the IIS hosting the PriApps (KMEAS_WEB) application. It is good practice to include this even if IIS is running on the same server.
