In a continued effort to move towards a paperless workflow and in line with Goals 2020, the Morris Hills Regional District Business Office, on September 6, 2016, launched an electronic ticketing system, the BOSC (Business Office Support Center). All requests and/or communication you normally make by phone or email should be submitted to the BOSC. This includes the School Business Administrator, Staff Accountants, Payroll, Purchasing, Inventory/Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, and Board of Education matters.

You will be prompted to enter your contact information, select a ticket type, and complete all necessary fields. Once submitted, you will receive an email confirmation with a ticket number. That ticket is then routed to the appropriate person in the Business Office. All communication about your ticket, including notification that your ticket has been completed, will go through your district email account.
To remain in compliance with New Jersey statutes and to help ensure the reliability of the District’s internal controls, the Business Office personnel must adhere to segregation of duties. As a result, the workflow and hierarchy established in the BOSC mirror these controls. Therefore, all inquiries/requests to the Business Office should be submitted through the BOSC to remain in compliance, develop the appropriate audit trail, and streamline our workflow so that we can better assist you.
