Please use the following information as a guide on communicating with the Business Office Staff through the BOSC.

  • If you need a status update, please log into the BOSC and check your ticket there or reply directly to your ticket confirmation.
  • If you receive an email from the BOSC that asks you to perform a task (i.e. Receive in Alio) you must reply to the ticket and confirm that you have completed the task in order for the process to move forward.
  • When submitting a ticket, if you want to include a CC (i.e., your supervisor) you may do so by clicking the ‘Add CC’ link.
