In this section of the Prepare MR form, users can prepare the agenda for the management review and distribute it to relevant stakeholders.

  1. Agenda: This is a rich text field that allows users to outline the agenda.
  2. Attach Agenda: This is an attachment field that allows users to upload the agenda.
  3. Send Agenda to Invitees: This button allows users to send the agenda to the previously selected invitees.
    • Upon selection, the invitees will promptly receive the agenda by email.
      • This email will include any attachments and/or information entered in the rich text field.
  4. Submit: This button allows users to submit the completed form.
    • After submission, the management review remains inactive until the specified Scheduled Date date is reached.
      • Upon reaching this date, the system automatically triggers the Execute MR task, assigning it to the designated administrator.
