If the Edit button is selected in the Management Review List, it will open a pop-up window with the following form:

This form mirrors the Create a Management Review form, with the exception that all fields are populated with previously entered information, allowing users to make modifications where applicable. Key distinctions between the two forms include:

  1. Next Review / Add Agenda

In this section of the form, users can access and modify the scheduled date for the next management review. Users can also add and/or modify the agenda for the management review.

  • Add: This button allows users to add a new scheduled date.
    • If selected, it will display the Add New Scheduled Date form.
      • Scheduled Date: This is a date picker that allows users to input/select the scheduled date for the management review.
      • Save and Return: This button allows users to save the date and return to the Edit MR Definition Instance form.
        • Once selected and saved, the new date is added to the management review schedule.
  • Edit ( ): This button allows users to edit the scheduled date as well as add/modify the agenda.
    • If selected, it will display the Edit Scheduled Date and Add Agenda form. This form mirrors the Agenda tab in the Prepare MR form, but users can modify both the agenda and the scheduled date. Additionally, users can manually trigger the execution of the management review.
      • To save changes, click on the Save and Return button at the bottom of the form.
  • Delete ( ): This button allows users to delete a scheduled date.
  1. Processed MRs

In this section of the form, users can view past iterations of the management review. These MRs have been processed/executed.

  • View: This button allows users to view a processed management review.
    • In viewing mode, users cannot make any modifications. They can, however, view details in supplemental forms and download any attached files.
  1. Save

At the bottom of the Edit MR Definition Instance form, there are the following buttons:

  • Save and Previous: This button allows users to save their changes and navigate to the previous item in the grid.
  • Save and Return: This button allows users to save their changes and return to the Management Review List.
  • Save and Next: This button allows users to save their changes and navigate to the next item in the grid.
