In this section of the Execute MR form, users can record the minutes of the management review meeting.

  1. Attendees: This is a multi-select dropdown field that retrieves the list of users. It allows for the selection of attendees for the management review meeting.
    • This field is automatically populated with the invitees who are attending the meeting. Users, however, can modify these entries.
  2. Attach Minutes: This is an attachment field that allows users to upload the meeting minutes.
  3. Minutes: This is a rich text field that allows users to document the minutes of meeting.
