4.1.1. Execute MR – Create Quality Event

During the Execute MR stage of the application workflow, users now have the option to generate a quality event based on the outcomes of the management review.

To create a quality event, follow these steps:

1. In response to the prompt Create a Quality Event?, select Yes from the dropdown. This selection will dynamically alter the page display to reveal additional fields.
   
2. Choose the user who will be assigned as the reviewer for the quality event.

3. Click on the Create QE button.

By following these steps, users will conclude the Management Review workflow and automatically initiate the Quality Event workflow. The assigned reviewer will receive the Review the Issue task, which includes details about the management review.
