As a provider, all inquiries made about an offering are emailed directly to you by PSD at time of creation. These inquiries can also be viewed through the PSD Admin Homepage as follows:

  1. Login to the PSD Admin Homepage.
  2. Select the pencil icon next to the desired offering.

Pictured: Use the pencil icon (right side of this screenshot, next to the “Published” / “Unpublished” badge) at the offering level to access the offering’s mappings and associated functionality.
  1. Select “Searcher Inquiries” in the top horizontal menu. The submitted inquiries associated with the offering are shown here. Searcher inquiries are offering specific, so you need to select each offering from the “Manage Offerings” screen (aka PSD Admin Homepage) to get all inquiries.

In addition to simply viewing the searcher inquiries submitted to you, on this page you can also:

  • Export all searcher inquiries to a Microsoft Excel file.
  • Mark any searcher inquiries you have already actioned as reviewed.
