As searchers navigate PSD to find new products and services, they can ask questions to providers or (as a sign of interest in the offering) request that providers reach out to them.
- The searcher navigates to the offering’s page within the Products & Services Directory.
- The searcher presses the “Get More Information” button on the offering’s page. Once the button is selected, the “Request More Information” modal is displayed where searchers can submit inquiries.

- The searcher enters their question / comment / request to you using the “Request More Information” modal and presses “Submit Inquiry.”
