Within PSD, products and services are generically referred to as “offerings.” Offerings in PSD must exist within an “Offering Group.” Offering groups allow you to organize similar offerings into groups for ease in administration and viewing within the PSD Admin Homepage.
By default, one offering group called “Default Offering Group” has already been added to your provider account. If you do not want to take advantage of offering groups, adding all of your offerings into this default offering group is perfectly fine and is transparent to those viewing your offerings in PSD.
