Upon initial setup of your organization as an official PSD provider, a HITRUST representative sends an email invitation to the individual(s) your organization has specified as requiring PSD self-service administrative access to the PSD Admin Homepage.

Provider contacts receive the following welcome email from PSD to create their admin accounts. Remember to check spam or junk folders if this invitation does not appear to be delivered. Use the link in this email and follow the PSD prompts to complete the account creation process.

Once successfully registered as a provider administration user, you should be able to access the PSD provider administration area on the PSD Admin Homepage. The PSD administration site defaults to the “Offerings” tab.
