1. The searcher navigates to the offering’s page within the Products & Services Directory.
  2. The searcher discovers a mapping that the searcher believes is problematic.
  3. The searcher selects the “Something doesn’t look right on this mapping? Click here to file a report.” button at the bottom of the page.
  4. The searcher presses the “Report Mapping” button next to the specific mapping that they believe is problematic.
