The following table identifies the variations, function codes, and qualifiers supported by ATevo Communications in both request messages and in response messages.

For some table entries, one of the following notes may apply:

Note 1: The Default variation refers to the variation in the response when the requested variation is ‘0’ or in response to a class 0, 1, 2, or 3 request.

Note 2: For static (non-change-event) objects, qualifiers 17 or 28 are only responded when a specific request is sent with qualifiers 17 or 28, respectively. Otherwise, static object requests sent with qualifiers 00, 01, 06, 07, or 08, will be responded with qualifiers 00 or 01. For change event objects, qualifiers 17 or 28 are always responded except for object 70, which responds with qualifier 1B or 5B.

Note 3: For the ATevo Communications Modules, a cold restart is implemented as a warm restart. The executable is not restarted, but the DNP process is restarted.

Note 4: Writes of Internal Indications are only supported for index 7 (Restart IIN1-7), and indices 16 and beyond (user-defined indications).
