17.5. Maintaining the waiting list

Educara reviews the waitlist and available spaces monthly. IIf space becomes available Educara will contact the next applicant on the waitlist by the preferred method that has been provided. Should the applicant not respond within 48 hours of being contacted space will go to the next applicant on the waitlist and so forth. Should an applicant change their mind after accepting the space they must give written two-month notice or pay the full amount for the two months, as all other registered families are required to do. Educara will update the waitlist monthly to reflect the current applicant still awaiting a space.
