System Errors are generated in ActiveControl in the even of issues during Imports of transports (for example RC12 type issues).
When a system error occurs, an automated email notification will be sent (if it is configured in /BTI/TE_RNOTIFICATION_ENGINE), and it will also be indicated within the Global View.
In addition, System Errors can be viewed within the Health Console.
