The Refresh (Server Cache) app tile can be used to trigger an update of the Web Platform cached configuration.
Most customers will not need to use this feature, as the majority of ActiveControl configuration changes (at least those made within the Web Platform UI itself) will automatically override any cached configuration in the UI.
Two use cases where it might however be needed:
• If a customer is using Transportable Configuration, this can be used to refresh the data after importing a new configuration in the backend.
• After Authorisation changes.
