It is possible to check for RFC connectivity and other related configuration issues via the “Check RFC” feature.
Check RFCs performs a number of connection and validation checks in each of the SAP systems defined as an active target. Most significantly, Check Configuration can be used to check the RFC connectivity from the Domain Controller out to the managed satellite systems. This is a one-way check, it does not also check the connectivity from the managed Development systems back to the Domain Controller. It is possible to run Check Configuration via the Target configuration screen (either for selected or all targets).
