Globally sourced commodities such as minerals, steel or plastic feedstocks are excluded from Imperative requirements.

PLATFORM CERTIFICATION SCALING

Manufacturers seeking to achieve this Imperative as part of an LPC Platform Certification that require use of PL-020 Local Impact Reporting Exception, must report material sourcing per the Imperative requirements radii for each individual facility, demonstrating intention to prioritize local materials sourcing where possible for each facility.
