Appraisal Options
Check Boxes
Calc new construction amount:
Sketch grid to the nearest foot: If checked measurements in the sketch will be whole numbers only.
Record Card Includes Ag Report: If checked an ag land inventory (soils, land use, etc.) will be included in the report
Record Card Includes Appr Data: If checked appraisal information (value approached used) will show in the report

Recalc Outbuilding Description: This option will update the outbuilding description if the code is changed. Currently if there is information in the description field and the code is changed the description remains unchanged. If you change the code from POLE to BNGP the description will change as well. Keep in mind this will also wipe out any user entered information in the description. This option applies to all users. Once changed user will have to log off for it to take effect.
MH936 Src when move MH to PP: If checked, when moving a mobile home from real to personal, the source will be MH936 which will have the assessment ratio of the real property.
Inc XRef Acct on Review Sheet: if checked, the review sheet for cross referenced account will print right after. Example: Account 700 will print and then account 702 will print right after this. If both account 700 and 702 are in an index and review sheets are printed account 702’s review sheet will print twice. Once right after 700 and then where account 702 is in the sort criteria.
Per Property Penalty Pop-up If checked, a pop-up will appear when scanning a barcode on a rendition or entering filing information in the appraisal side after March 15 to confirm that user wants to add a penalty to the account. This is intended to help prevent a penalty from being applied to the account. A situation where this may apply is when the rendition was in the office on time, but the scanning of the barcode to put in the filing date is occurring after the penalty date. NOTE: This will not affect the Apply Penalty option to non-rendered accounts.

Assessment Year: The tax year the county is in. This is read only and updates after Process Pending is ran.
Working Year: The calendar year after revaluation process
