EDIT HISTORY

Main Menu — System — Edit History

The LandMark Edit History box will open.

This table houses the Edit Log for individual account adjustments or system wide actions affecting all or some accounts.

Some examples of edits include by aren’t limited to the following:

• Values changed by recalculation
• Records updated from sketch
• BOE value changes
• Records Created
• Changed Account Status
• Previous values set by Tax Roll Correction
• Value set by sale
• Value change by building edit
• Previous values set by reversing Tax Roll Correction
  

To View/Print an edit report that combines edits done in the assessment, appraisal files and name that is currently on an account.
