Object Governance

• Fixed an issue where pending approval and endorsement boxes would not resize based on the user’s screen size.
• Fixed an issue where the “Send for Approval” button was still displayed after deleting all approvers and users could not publish.
• Fixed an issue where two error messages were displayed and the window closed immediately when there was an error with an approval assignment, not giving users the option to edit it.
  

Localization

• Fixed an issue where flow objects from a localized sub-process would appear in the local parent process map after changing the sub-process’s editing language.
• Fixed an issue where users were redirected to the set process after saving changes to a local process.
• Fixed an issue where Chinese characters were not appearing in object descriptions.
  

Purge

• Fixed an issue where the “Purge Authentication” window would not close automatically on a successful or failed purge.
  

SIPOC

• Fixed an issue where users were directed to an empty page when clicking on a linked process (IPL) in a SIPOC table.
  

Share Link

• The Share Link function is now unified with Share HTML, meaning that only one link allows you to share an object but also to create your “External Site” widgets in the home page. Moreover, the file name is hidden in the URL to increase the security of your sensitive documents.
• Fixed an issue where objects sharing icon links did not include the environment.
  

Hierarchy Filter

• Fixed an issue where the Hierarchy filter would not change to the default “Current Level” when navigating through EPC modules.
  

Security

• Fixed an issue where users with selective “Read” permissions could not access the List view after viewing an object from the “To Do” module.
  

Process Maps

• Fixed an issue where process maps created with a specific language could not be correctly imported into another environment that did not support that language.
• Fixed an issue where in swimlane process maps, lanes would add extra padding when users moved flow objects from one lane to another.
  

Notifications on Actions

• Fixed an issue where action notifications were not sent to IR implementers of a process when a new version was created due to the addition of an inter-process link (IPL).
  

Strategy Map & Object Scoreboard Reports

• Fixed an issue where the overall color score of Strategy Map report and Object Scorecard reports were not in sync.
  

Revert Map

• Fixed an issue where the Revert Map function did not work correctly after moving a sub-process object to another process and back.
