Users can define what data will be synched from Source tasks to Local tasks using a matrix for changes and synchronizations at the attribute level.

Users can access this feature 2 ways:

1. In a flow object or process’ Details or Graph page:

1. Make sure that the flow object or process in question is already part of a localized process. To learn how to localize a process, please see here.

2. Navigate to the Source process or flow object’s Details or Graph page. Click on the Edit menu and select “Edit Sync Details”.

3. The Edit Sync Details form will open. By default, all checkboxes will be checked, meaning that all flow objects and their attribute are synched with locals.

  • (1) At the left, users will see the multi select checkboxes that they can use to select or deselect all object form sections, fields or attribute.
  • (2) At the top of the form, users will see the flow object’s name(s) or the process name.

4. Deselect attributes to disable their sync with locals. Click Save.

2. In the Graph Edit page:

1. Navigate to the Graph page of a localized source process and click “Edit”.

2. In the Graph Edit, select as many flow objects as wanted, right-click and select “Edit Sync Details”.

3. Repeat previous steps 3 and 4.
