10.1.1.2.1. Add New Question

If the Add button is selected for either the pre-training or post-training quick form survey/exam, it will display the following form:

1. Display Order: This is a numeric field that accepts only numbers. It allows users to input a number specifying the display order of the question. It is a mandatory field.
2. Question: This is a text box that allows users to input the question for the survey/exam. In this field users can insert headings, bullets, images, tables, and media files (as well as change font colors, font sizes, background colors and more).
3. Answer Type: This is a single-select dropdown field that displays the list of answer types. It is a mandatory field.
   • Answer Types: True/False, Multiple Choice, Text Value, Yes/No, and Pass/Fail.
     • If True/False is selected, it will display the following radio button:
       
     • If Multiple Choice is selected, it will display the following text fields and checkboxes:
       
     • If Text Value is selected, it will display the following text field:
       
     • If Yes/No is selected, it will display the following radio button:
       
     • If Pass/Fail is selected, it will display the following radio button:
       
4. Save and Return: This button allows users to save the question and return to the New Training form.
5. Save and New: This button allows users to both save the question and open a new form to create another question.
