8.2.3.1.1. Risk Scoring System

In both the Risk application and EPC, risks are scored according to the following system:

Impact

• Very Low: Score = 1
• Low: Score = 2
• Medium: Score = 3
• High: Score = 4
• Very High: Score = 5
  

Probability

• Very Low: Score = 1
• Low: Score = 2
• Medium: Score = 3
• High: Score = 4
• Very High: Score = 5
  

Detectability

• Very Easily Detectable: Score = 1.
• If Easily Detectable: Score = 2
• If Moderately Detectable: Score = 3
• If Hard to Detect: Score = 4
• If Very Hard to Detect: Score = 5
