12. Risk Assessment Questionnaires

In this module, users can add and manage questionnaires to support their risk assessments.

*A questionnaire can be assigned to a risk assessment using the Analysis Questionnaire dropdown. It serves as a tool for systematically and consistently gathering relevant information, aiding in effective risk evaluation and management.

1. Add: This button allows users to add a new questionnaire.
   • If selected, it will display the Create a Questionnaire form.
2. Edit ( ): This button allows users to edit an existing questionnaire.
   • If selected, it will display the Edit a Questionnaire form, where users can make the necessary modifications.
     

     **Users can also initiate modal editing by double-clicking on the desired entry in the grid.
