8.1.2. Risk Assessment Questionnaire (Optional)

In this section of the form, users can assign a questionnaire to the risk assessment.

*Questionnaires are created and managed in the Risk Assessment Questionnaires module.

• Analysis Questionnaire: This is a single-select dropdown field that retrieves the list of existing questionnaires. It allows users to select a questionnaire relevant to the risk assessment.
  • Upon selection, a grid will appear, displaying the list of questions contained within the questionnaire.
    

    **To access the full contents or details of a question, click the corresponding Expand ( ) button.

!If a questionnaire is selected in this section, the Risk Assessment Questionnaire (Optional) accordion will be shown to the lead risk assessor in the Execute Risk Assessment task. If no questionnaire is selected, the accordion will be hidden.
