9.5.1. Associated Action Item(s)

In this section of the Gather Details form, users can review and modify the action items linked to the quality event.

1. Add: This button allows users to add a new action item.
   • ** If selected, it will display the Add Action Item form, an adapted version of the New Action form.
2. Delete ( ): This button allows users to delete an action.
   

   **To confirm the deletion of items in the grid, click on the Save Changes button or simply click outside the grid. To undo deletion, click either Discard Changes or Undo ( ).

3. Edit ( ): This button allows users to edit an existing action item.
   

   **To edit, users can also simply double-click on the respective entry in the grid.
