In this section of the Gather Details form, users can collect data and analyze it to determine the root cause of the quality event.

1. Investigation Type: This is a single-select dropdown field that allows users to choose the type of investigation being conducted for the quality event.

   • Investigation Types

     Investigation Type	Description
     None	No specific investigation type assigned.
     Simple	A basic approach for minor or less complex issues, involving a limited scope.
     Advanced	A detailed approach for major or critical issues, requiring more in-depth analysis and documentation.

     **Users should select the investigation type that best matches the complexity or severity of the quality event, ensuring the level of analysis is appropriate for the situation.

     • If either Simple or Advanced is selected, the following field becomes visible:
       
       • Investigation Technique: This is a text field that allows users to specify the method or technique used in the investigation, such as 5W Analysis, Comparative Analysis, or 3×5 Why Analysis.
2. Provide Additional Details on the Issue: This is a rich text field that allows users to document key information about the quality event, including its nature and contributing factors.
3. Attach Any Relevant Document(s): This is a file attachment field that allows users to upload supporting documents related to the quality event or its investigation.
