      • If either Simple or Advanced is selected, the following field becomes visible:
        • Investigation Technique: This is a text field that allows users to specify the method or technique used in the investigation, such as 5W Analysis, Comparative Analysis, or 3×5 Why Analysis.
  2. Provide Additional Details on the Issue: This is a rich text field that allows users to document key information about the quality event, including its nature and contributing factors.
  3. Attach Any Relevant Document(s): This is a file attachment field that allows users to upload supporting documents related to the quality event or its investigation.
