In this module, users can access a list of all ongoing quality events. Users can selectively trigger reminders or notifications for these quality events.
Search Panel
All fields inside the search panel act as search boxes. Any value inputted inside them will be used as search criteria to filter and retrieve data from the grid, if possible.
- Event Type: This is a single-select dropdown field that allows users to filter by event type.
- Severity: This is a single-select dropdown field that allows users to filter by severity level.
- Source: This is a single-select dropdown field that allows users to filter by source.
- Business Division: This is a single-select dropdown field that allows users to filter by business division.
- Business Line: This is a single-select dropdown field that allows users to filter by business line.
- Filter: This button filters the results according to the entered search criteria.
- Clear Filter: This button clears the filters that were used in the previous search and allows users to again view the full data set.
Grid
In the grid, users can designate specific quality events for reminders by selecting the corresponding Selected for Reminder checkbox.
- Send Email Reminder: This button allows users to trigger email reminders for the selected quality events.
- When clicked, a message will appear above the grid indicating that the reminders have been sent.
- For each quality event, an email is sent to the assigned task resource, providing details about the quality event and a reminder of its pending status.
- When clicked, a message will appear above the grid indicating that the reminders have been sent.
