4.1.2. Task Receiver Management

Aligned with our ongoing efforts to facilitate form behavior management in the web application, we have introduced a new feature that improves task receiver handling. With the Form Behavior application, users now have the ability to assign task receivers directly in the Process: Task Receiver module. This module streamlines the task assignment process and provides greater flexibility to users.

*The Form Behavior application is part of the larger Admin application. To access the Process: Task Receiver module, users can simply follow the path indicated in the above graphic.

In the Process: Task Receiver module, there are two tabs to consider: Task Types and Task Type Properties.

To manage the assignment of a given task, users must first double-click on it in the Task Types tab. They will then be automatically redirected to the Task Type Properties tab, where they will find the task’s properties on display.

!Any changes made to the task receiver in the DBP web application will be automatically updated in the Designer, and vice versa.
