In this module, users can synchronize environments, departments, users, and/or roles with EPC. Users can also synchronize any relations between departments, users, and roles.

  1. Environment: This is a single-select dropdown field that retrieves the list of environments from EPC. It allows users to select only one value at a time from the dropdown. It is a mandatory field.
    • If there is no data inside this dropdown, users will need to re-establish the connection between the DBP and EPC.
      • Users can reconnect to EPC using the Settings form in the Facilities menu.
  2. Import All: This button allows users to import all data—all departments, users, roles, and relations—from EPC.
    • Upon selecting this button, a brief processing period will begin, during which the form will undergo updates.
      • Throughout the import process, users will be kept informed about the progress through a sequence of notifications.
      • After the import is completed, users will receive a notification via the Messages menu. This notification will contain a comprehensive summary of the import results.
