To enhance users’ monitoring and troubleshooting capabilities, we’ve introduced two new logs: the API Calls Log and the EPC Calls Log. These logs, accessible within the Application Logs section of the Facilities menu, provide comprehensive insights into system interactions and performance.
- API Calls Log
This log records all interactions made with the platform’s API, including details such as who initiated each call, when it occurred, which HTTP method was used, which API endpoint was accessed, and how long each interaction took to execute.
- EPC Calls Log
Similarly, the EPC Calls Log tracks all interactions made with the EPC’s API, documenting information such as the call timing, execution duration, result code, and specific API endpoints accessed.
