Users now have the option to enable or disable the Audit Trail according to their preferences or organizational requirements.
How It Works:
In the DBP Settings (accessible through the Facilities menu in the menu bar), users can toggle the Audit Trail Enabled checkbox to turn the Audit Trail on or off.
Key Benefits:
- Performance Boost: By disabling the Audit Trail when not needed, users can boost platform performance, as the continuous operation of the Audit Trail feature can consume significant resources.
- Simplified Tracking Control: Users can now deactivate tracking for all form attributes with a single action, saving time and effort in managing tracking settings.
- Preservation of Existing Data: Disabling the Audit Trail does not affect previously recorded data. Users can switch the feature on or off without compromising historical data integrity.
