In the Entity module of the Designer, users can now enable an audit trail for each attribute.

Selecting either of the checkboxes highlighted above will create an audit trail for the attribute. Each checkbox, however, impacts how the attribute is recorded in the DBP web application.

In the web application, we have added a new form called “Audit Trail” to the Facilities menu.

In the Audit Trail form, users can access a record of all tracked changes in the system. This record includes information such as the operation time, application name, user name, operation type (insert/update), entity name, entity definition, task subject, field name, old value, and new value.
