The seventh test screen shows the results of the exhaust fan self-test, which is performed automatically by the Self Diagnostics Utility every 2 days. When it runs, the utility checks that all exhaust fans — the two in the battery bay and the single fan in the electrical bay — power on for proper ventilation.
The results of the exhaust fan self-test is shown on this screen. A passed self-test is shown by a check mark (Fig. A); a failed self-test is shown by an X (Fig. B). After viewing the result, press ENTER to proceed to the next test.
