Hierarchy of users
CemTore is set up under a two layer hierarchy comporting of two role per layer, CSP Administrator / CSP User role at the top and Organization Administrator / Organization User role at the bottom.
1/ CSP Layer
1.1 CSP Administrator
CSP Administrator role being at the top of the hierarchy layer, it has a number of various permissions that Organization Admin role do not have. See bellow.

Create, Delete, Edit CSP Admin Users | Right to create, delete, edit a wide variety of CSP Admin Users |
Create, Delete, Edit Clusters | Right to create, delete, edit a wide variety of clusters. |
Share Application with Organizations | Right to share an application with one or multiple Organization. |
Delete Organizations | Right to delete an Organization created by a CSP Admin or an Organization Admin. |
Delete Any Application | Right to delete any Application created by a CSP Admin. |
1.2 CSP User
CSP User role have no permission to perform any CUD actions. CemTore access is available to them for Read Only purposes.
2/ Organization Layer
2.1 Organization Administrator
Organization Administrator role being at the bottom of the hierarchy layer, it can manage any user owned by the entity as well as its own device fleet.
2.2 Organization User
Organization User role have no permission to perform any CUD actions. CemTore access is available to them for Read Only purposes.
