Fault Management

Fault Management shows the abnormal issues that users have encountered.
To view the Fault Management log list, click Fault Management under Services in the Navigator.

For each log entry, the following information is provided:

Column Description
Id Serves as an Id reference for the Fault
Name User name of the account that created the Fault
Severity Provides further information on the level of severity of the fault
Status Provides status on the fault (Success/Failure)
Problem Provides further information regarding the fault
Raised On Dates and time when the operation was processed
