Fault Management
Fault Management shows the abnormal issues that users have encountered.
To view the Fault Management log list, click Fault Management under Services in the Navigator.
For each log entry, the following information is provided:
Column | Description |
---|---|
Id | Serves as an Id reference for the Fault |
Name | User name of the account that created the Fault |
Severity | Provides further information on the level of severity of the fault |
Status | Provides status on the fault (Success/Failure) |
Problem | Provides further information regarding the fault |
Raised On | Dates and time when the operation was processed |
