Organizations

The Organizations management menu accessible through the Navigator provides Organizations functionalities for Viewing & Managing Organizations remotely.

Viewing Organization

In the Organizations page all organizations created by the CSP Admin within CemTore are displayed in a list.

The following information is shown for each Organization:

• Organization Name
• Organization Address
• Organization City location
• Organization Country location
• Organization Contact Name
• Organization Contact Phone Number
• Organization Actions (Edit/Delete)

*Info: In order to view full details of a particular Organization, Double Click on the wanted Organization. In order to go back simply click the top right button “Back To Organization*.

Manage Organizations

The Organization management menu allow Admin role to Edit organizations.

*Info: An Organization must be created first by CSP Admin in order to be edited.

How to Manage an Organization

To Edit an Organization

1. Click the Pen icon at the right of the respective row. All fields except Organization name can be changed.
2. Click Save to apply your settings.

*Info:*Only a CSP Admin role have the permission to *Add or Delete an Organization.
