To open a Drawing or a Photo, click on the Inspections tab (1) and click the dropdown menu box of the Photo/Drawing you wish to open, then click Open Drawing/Photo (2) (The dropdown menu will view either Open Drawing, Open Photo or both, depending on what is attached):
