You might want the users of your application to complete a CBT prior accessing the Asbestos Web Tracker. Follow this guide to tell you how to enable your users for CBT.
1. Log in AWT
2. Hover over the “Setup” tab and click on “Users”
3. Find the user you would like to enable CBT on
4. Press Edit next to the user
5. Find the “CBT Required” field (1), click on the drop down and select “Yes”
Enter CBT Expiration Date(2). If the field is left blank, a user upon their next log in the system they will be redirected onto the CBT. Until they pass the CBT, they will not be able to use the Asbestos Web Tracker.
To pass the CBT, a user is required to follow the CBT, and pass it with the lowest score of 80%. After the user passes, the user will be able to use the system and the system will generate a CBT expiration date(6 Months), which will indicate when the CBT expires for the user.
