The basket can be used to Export Property data for multiple properties to excel using queries, generate Property Reports, which can be Consolidated or Individual.

First of all, properties have to be added to the Basket. Use search to find required property, Select the row in the table (1), click Add to Basket (2) button.

Once Property is in the Basket, row in the table will be highlighted (1) and Open Basket Button (2) will become enabled. A number (2) on the Open Basket button identifies how many properties already exist in the basket.

Click Open Basket to see properties that have been already added to the basket. Basket opens up with the selected properties. To remove property from the basket click remove button (1)

To close basket and return to property search click X button (4)

There are 2 features that can be used in the basket: Export data(2) for the properties that are already in the basket and Generate Reports for the selected properties(4).

Export to Excel

Under Export to Excel dropdown, there are 2 actions: Export Basket grid (1) and Export Data for the properties in the basket using Queries (2)

In the example above, Export Basket feature will export 3 properties into Excel file.

Export Data for the properties works using the same Queries which are used in Property Details screen, Register search tab .

Generate report

There is 2 type of reports that can be generated using Basket: consolidated report and individual property reports.

Consolidated Report

Consolidated Report is a report which covers all the properties that are in the basket. The report brings properties’ information into one consolidated report. This type or report can be viewed online or downloaded. It will not be saved in the system.

To generate Consolicated Report click on Generate Report button(1), select report type (2), Consolidated report (3)

Select Report Template (1) and click Generate (2)

Individual property reports

Individual property reports are property reports will be generated against each property in the basket and will be saved in the system.

To generate Consolicated Report click on Generate Rerport button(1), select report type (2), Consolidated Report (3)

Select Report Template (1) and click Generate (2)
