SUMMARY

The summary tab provides an overview on all properties and surveys.

1. The “Overall Property Summary” displays information on:
   1. total number of properties;
   2. total number of properties that have been surveyed;
   3. total number of properties with Asbestos Identified/Presumed;
   4. total number of properties with no Asbestos Identified (i.e. this does not mean that there is no asbestos within the properties. It means, that within the scope of the surveys completed so far, there is no Asbestos Identified);
   5. Properties with only one survey;
   6. Properties with more than one survey;
2. The pie chart displays the number of properties that have had different types of surveys. By placing the mouse over a section of the pie chart you can see the number of properties for the selected survey type. By clicking on the legend, the type will be hidden from the chart and by clicking on the legend again, the type will re-appear on the chart;
3. Overall job summary displays the total number of records entered historically on “average” for a property;
4. Total number of properties surveyed within a period;
5. Select a period for displaying total number of surveys completed;
6. Total number of Re-inspections pending;
7. Select a period to display the total number of Re-inspections to be completed;
8. Total number of Re-inspections to be completed per month.
