Level 3

After clicking on a Level 3 information, only information for the selected level will be displayed on the right hand side.

1. Click on a Level 3 element;
2. Detail information on the selected Level 3 element is displayed on the right-hand side. Your screen might not look exactly the same as the one shown as this screen can be configured by the system Administrator;
3. Click on Update Request to send an update request notification to the Asbestos Team.

In the Update Request screen you can do the following:

1. The Notification Type is “Update Request”;
2. Enter the note and click on “Add Note”.

In the Removal Request screen you can do the following:

1. The Notification Type is “Removal Request”;
2. Enter the note and click on “Add Note”.

Clicking on Email will take you to this screen:

1. Enter the e-mail address of the recipient;
2. Enter the subject for the e-mail;
3. Enter any other information for the e-mail;
4. Click send.

Clicking on Print will take you to this screen:

1. Click the print button to print the document;
2. Enter any additional information.
